Summary: Who's the man with the ego and the style to boot? Jason Cravette! Who's the guy with the hook/sword/what-not for a hand? Jason Cravette! Who's the necrophiliac we all want dead? Jason Cravette!!! Sorry, just coming up for a theme song for that series he never got to star in.
History: Jason Cravette was one of the slyest, most depraved criminals ever to elude the law. A sick individual, Cravette's favorite activity was killing women and then having a priest marry them. Also, his lair was a wax museum that came with sculptures of his own image. What we're trying to say is that the world would be better off without him.
Notable Kills: One is where an officer has him cornered. He puts his hands in the air, then puts them down...and his fake hand EXPLODES to reveal a gun-hand, which he then uses. Even horror-buffs like us found that alarming!
Final Fate: After a long and vicious confrontation at the museum, Cravette meets his demise when he's forced into being impaled by his own wax sculpture through the heart. But a day later, a dead girl is found in the museum’s Iron Maiden. But how...?
Powers/Abilities: Cravette's missing hand can be replaced by a variety of weapons, including a hook, a cleaver, and a gun. He can even hide these weapons under (detonating) fake hands.
Weakness: Anything conventional.
Scariness Factor: 4-Not only is Cravette a nasty individual to begin with, but he's got everything at his disposal. A witty intelligence and a hand that can fit everything but the kitchen sink make this criminal the last person you wish to see in a dark alley.
Trivia: -This was meant to be the pilot film for a T.V. series known as "House of Wax", but for some reason, it just never got off the ground.
-Jason Cravette was played by Patrick O'Neil, who aside from being a good actor, also owned a chain of successful New York restaurants.
